Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwash sink near the compartment/warewashing sink observed to have an ice scoop in the basin.
No chemical test kit available to test sanitizer concentration.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device or soap provided at handwash sink in the back area near the warewashing sink.
Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Hot water handle is broken and sink is unable to dispense hot water.

Food handler stated she was hired a few days ago and no Employee Reporting Agreement is available for this employee. Inspector provided Agreement to new employee for signature.
