Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside display cooler at front counter: eel (45F - Cold Holding); salmon (46F - Cold Holding); tuna (46F - Cold Holding). Manager stated the fish was placed inside the display cooler from another cooler one hour prior.
