Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed milk opened on Thursday per operator, stored in reach in cooler with no date marking.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed utensils and spray bottles stored in hand sink basin. Operator removed.
Soiled dry wiping cloth in use. Observed soiled dry wiping cloth stored on food prep counter next to cook line in kitchen. Operator discarded.
