Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Pan containing raw ground hamburger meat stored directly on top of package containing raw bacon inside reach-in cooler at cookline. Manager removed the pan from the cooler during this inspection.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On counter at cookline: caramelized onions (54F - Cold Holding). Manager stated the caramelized onions were removed from the cooler and placed on the counter five minutes prior, then moved them back into the cooler to cool to 41F.
Garbage can located outside has no lid or lid open/broken. Trash can without lid outside beside picnic table.
