Observed in walk in cooler cooked ribeye (48F - Cold Holding); cut tomatoes (48F); cooked pasta (48F),; cheese (48F), over 2 hrs managers moved to freezer for quick cooling, walk door left open for undetermined time for delivery. Ambient temperature 56F. Manager also opened freezer door to cool down walk in, ambient temperature 44F approximately 15 minutes.
