Items stored over night but lid and unit door open going in and out to restock area for prep. Manager had employee to place bags of ice on top of products and closed the lid. créme (47-48F - Cold Holding), stored in double door upright reach in cooler near manager office. Item stored from over night but employee in and out of unit during prep.
