At the following items were stored in the top section of the reach in cooler next to the fry line Chicken breast (50F - Cold Holding); Chicken wings (53F - Cold Holding). All the following items were stored in the top section of the reach in cooler in the grill area Cut lettuce (55F - Cold Holding); Cut tomatoes (54F - Cold Holding); Provolone cheese (53F - Cold Holding); Swiss cheese (53F - Cold Holding); Cheddar cheese (54F - Cold Holding); Cooked mushrooms (55F - Cold Holding) Manager stated all the items were stored in the reach in coolers for approximately 1 hour. Manager placed bags of ice on the items.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottles containing cleaning fluid stored next to single service items in the wait station area. Manager removed the items.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. No vacuum breaker on the hose Bibb next to the three compartment sink.
