No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at hand wash sink. Operator replenished paper towels.
Clean-out cap missing from plumbing line. Cap missing on plumbing clean out line on MFDV.
Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Reach-in cooler unable to maintain temperature of 41F and below. Ambient temperature 50-52F. Operator stated it was turned on a little later than he wanted tit to be to cool down in time for inspection.
Equipment or utensils not designed or constructed in a durable manner. One filter in hood system hanging off/ in disrepair.
