No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. In either reach-in cooler, operator placed thermometers in coolers.
Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Shelving in silver reach-in cooler the paint is chipping/peeling off exposing rust.
