Certified Food Manager or person in charge failed to notify the division of employee diagnosed with Norovirus, Hepatitis A, Shigella spp., Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli, Typhoid fever (caused by Salmonella Typhi) or Salmonella (nontyphoidal). Employee just started working 2 days ago. Manager had them read and sign health policy.
Clean equipment/utensils not stored at least 6 inches above the floor. Observed containers of clean utensils stored in plastic containers on floor.
