Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee pushed garbage can, changed gloved and grabbed a hamburger buns without washing hands. After manager instructed employee washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.

Observed hot water temperature 141F technician on site at time of inspection. Rechecked temperature 160F
