Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee at food service station wear gloves without first washing hands. Employees sanitized front service station with wiping cloth, then proceed to prepare food for customers. Employee removed gloves, washed hands and wore new gloves at time of inspection.
