Observed photocopies of SafeStaff-ServSafe certificates. Discussed with manager needing original certificates and not using the same training booklet over and over.
Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Handwashing sink on service line on left side of oven across from register has no hot water. Employees have turned it off due to hot water handle missing and water leaking. Employees use handwashing sink located on right side of oven.
