Multiuse food-contact surface not smooth, free of breaks/cracks/chips/pits/crevices. Lid to the bulk clear pico container is cracked. Located inside the walk in cooler. The lid was discarded.

Food stored in a location that is exposed to splash/dust. Bulk container of pico inside the walk in cooler was stored directly under the fan in the walk in cooler and the condensation was dripping on the lid. I had the manager to clean the water from the condensation and relocate the cart where the pico was stored in the walk in cooler.
In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Ice scoop on top of the ice machine located across from the dishwasher area. The ice scoop was removed washed, rinsed and sanitized and put inside a container.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
