Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Chemical spray bottle on the side of the mop sink with not visibly labeled. Operator relabeled the spray bottle.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. One carbon dioxide tank stored at the entrance to the dry storage area not secured.
Dead insect on premises. On the floor in front of the walk in freezer, two dead crickets. Operator swept and discarded the dead crickets.
