Quaternary ammonium sanitizer (other) not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Triple sink sanitizer Ecolab Sink and Surface Sanitizer reading greater than 1130ppm. Safe range is 272-700ppm. Manager drained sink to begin to remake manually to correct level.
Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Bulletin provided to manager.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Trash can completely blocking access to hand sink in back prep area. Manager moved can.
Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Gallon of milk in Avantco reach in cooler on same shelf as foods for customer service. Manager moved milk to bottom of cooler away from other foods.
