In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed containers of tongs, cooking utensils and ice cream scoops stored in standing water at 90°F inside kitchen. Manager started to heat water for tongs and utensils and discarded the water for the ice cream scoops.
