Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Item stored in front counter reach-in cooler: milk (45F - Cold Holding). Manager stated milk was at proper temperature at 9:00 am and the door was opened quite a bit. Manager turned temperature in cooler down to reduce temperature to 41F.
