No soap provided at handwash sink. Missing soap a the hand sink located at the kitchen area. Person in charge replaced the empty bottle immediately.

As per operator, placed on the table 1 hour before the inspection. Inspector discussed the proper methods with the operator and provided the form for time as a public health control. Operator placed the raw shell eggs into the reach in cooler.

As per manager, unit was turned off for approximately 30 minutes for repairs. Observed repair technician during inspection. Observed raw beef patty (56F - Cold Holding) at room temperature resting on containers at top of preparation cooler. Cook placed patties inside unit.
Wiping cloth solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed stored in a location that could result in the cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 400 plus ppm) at cook line. Cook took solution to dilute with water.
