Food stored in ice used for drinks. See stop sale. Observed a water bottle inside an ice machine located in the back, ice machine is used for drinks. Discussed with operator ice for drinks should be protected as it is considered a food item. Operator stated they will dump ice out and clean machine.

Foods have not been used today for service. Determined the cooler is properly working all other foods were at or below 41F.

Discussed with operator hand sinks are only for hand washing to prevent and reduce cross contamination. Operator stated they will provide a tub for servers to dump liquids in.
