Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cinnamon butter (68F - Cold Holding) in expo area at kitchen, as per employee less than 2 hours, employee add ice bath during inspection.
