Food items stored inside stand alone cooler next to the cook line: Cooked chicken (47F - Cold Holding); Cooked chicken (47F - Cold Holding); Cooked chicken (47F - Cold Holding) Observed containers of cooked chicken dated for 3/26/26 with visible condensation on the inside of the containers. Employees were asked whether cooling verification was being monitored and if cooling parameters were met. Could not determine if the cooling parameters were met or how long the temperature has been above 41 degrees. Stop sale issued.
