Raw sewage on ground of establishment. Observed floor drain in dish pit overflowing when triple sink is drained. Person in charge called plumber and they are on the way. Dish pit area has secondary floor drain that employee is diverting the water into. Observed dish machine at bar spraying water during wash cycle. Person in charge discontinued use of dish machine and will have plumber check it out.
