Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed : violet colored spray liquid stored over the cook line prep sink. This was moved to the designated cleaning shelf.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed : violet colored liquid in a spray bottle. This is now labeled as Method, a multipurpose cleaner.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed : light shows through the gap at the bottom of the door, by the restrooms.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed : a first aid kit with: eyewash, neosporin and alcohol swabs stored over food service bags. The kit was moved below away from food and clean dishes. ALSO, 2 spray bottles of multi purpose cleaners stirred next to the bulk seasoning. The sprays were moved to a different table with a barrier in between.

Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed employee stone crab for lunch stored over onions in the reach-in cooler in the kitchen. The stone crab was moved to the bottom shelf.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed : that when the back door is fully shut, there is still a gap along the bottom edge.

Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed: open gallon of milk in a glass front reach-in cooler by the cook line. No date. Yesterday's date was added.

ALSO, boiled eggs next to the cook line 78F, cooked earlier. These were moved to a reach-in cooler and a scoop of ice was added.
