Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed employee iced coffee and energy drink in reach in cooler by fryer side. Operator had employee remove drink at time of inspection.

Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. After multiple attempts to test dishwasher sanitizer level all with no success, had operator set up three compartment sink to sanitize all plates and glass wear.
