Employee used the bathroom and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands upon returning to employee area. Employee exited the bathroom and returned to the work area and didn't wash her hands. I informed the operator and she had the employee to wash her hands.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Cardboard boxes used for shipping empanadas was stored on the floor. The boxes was removed from off the floor.
