Operator had employee place in other cooler for rapid chill. Observed at pizza prep counter: chorizo (51F - Cold Holding); cheese (45F - Cold Holding); cooked onion (48F - Cold Holding); ham (51F - Cold Holding). As per operator, less than 4 hours. Items were placed in walk in for rapid chill.
