Observed ROP onsite of with sliced turkey, meatballs, pulled BBQ pork, prosciutto. As per employee products are kept in the package for more than 48 hrs.

Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Tested 100ppm. Employee added sani tablets, test 200ppm.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs stored over sliced turkey in reach-in cooler. Employee rearranged items to prevent cross contamination.
Food stored on floor. Observed a case of Belgian waffles stored on floor in walk-in cooler. Observed multiple bags of watermelon puree stored on floor in walk-in freezer.

The establishment conducts ROP for sliced deli meat and cooked meat onsite and stored in packages more than 48 hours and up to a week per employee.
