Wall not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, warewashing areas or bathroom. Observed unsealed wood on exit door, back door, and right sided wall. Floor on left side of unit with exposed wood. Person in charge painted and sealed during inspection.
