Equipment in poor repair. Gasket on the reach in cooler next to the slicer.

Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. CO2 tank not secured by drink machine and one propping kitchen door open. Informed manager of safety procedures for securing tanks to prevent injuries.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw shell eggs stored over bread in reach in cooler. Owner moved eggs to bottom shelf.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed two unlabeled spray bottles: 1 with a yellow liquid and 1 with a blue liquid. Owner labeled yellow liquid spray bottle as PineSol and blue liquid spray bottle as soap and water.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no handwash sign at handwash sink in coffee bar area. Owner advised that he has ordered sign and it has not come in yet.
