Old decal year 2023 has incorrect vin #1GBJG31K491131865 Spoke to Richard Bisee who is Plan Reviewer in Tallahassee and submitted and updated changes. Validated this is same food truck. Incorrect vin number also was on license plan application paperwork when first submitted
