Operator unable to show any proof of food handler training for any employee.
Food stored on floor. In back hallway, container of fry oil stored on floor. Operator moved oil to shelf.

Covered waste receptacle not provided in women's bathroom. Women's room trash can does not have lid. Owner stated she will go buy one today.

Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In reach in freezer in small kitchen, raw beef burgers stored on top of ready to eat french fries. Items moved and stored correctly.
