Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Inspector unable to get reading on dish-machine sanitizer levels. Operator states new dish-machine has been ordered. Establishment switching to triple sink with sanitizer until replacement dish-machine is installed.
