Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In steam table in vehicle, chicken 124F and green beans 108F. Both items placed into service approximately 15 minutes prior. Both items removed and reheated. Chicken 171F and Green Beans 169F.
