Cardboard used to line food-contact shelves. In reach-in cooler at kitchen area, cardboard used in chicken box to separate tongs. Operator removed cardboard.
Single-service articles improperly stored. In kitchen area, two cases of styrofoam boxes stored on floor. Operator moved.
