Person in charge couldn't provide any employee training at the time of inspection.
No soap or paper towels provided at handwash sink. Manager was able to provide.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed a handwashing sink that was blocked by employee belongings and garbage bags. Employee removed.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed both handwashing sink with no soap, paper towels. Employee provided handwashing soap and paper towels at one of the sinks. Observed no handwashing sign and the handwashing sink near the front area.
Toxic substance/chemical on premise that is not required for the operation of establishment. Observed two lotions being stored above the make line in the front area.

Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until approved sanitizer is available for warewashing. Observed Top Bleach used for toilet and laundry. Employee purchased correct bleach used for sanitizing food surfaces.
