Observed shredded cheese (52F - Cold Holding); milk (52F - Cold Holding); buttermilk (50F - Cold Holding); raw chicken (50F - Cold Holding); raw salmon (48F - Cold Holding) inside walk in cooler. As per operator door was open for approximately 45 min due to delivery.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed next to triple sink. Operator provided paper towels.
