Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. After multiple attempts and priming, dishmachine reading 0ppm chlorine. Operator made adjustments to lines and machine now operating properly at 100ppm chlorine.
Accumulation of lime scale on the inside of the dishmachine.
Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Dishmachine reading 0ppm chlorine after multiple arpttempts. Pump is operating during cycle but no chemicals moving through lines. Operator adjusted lines and machine sanitizer reading 100ppm chlorine.
