There is no time mark available. Operator stated milk has been out of temperature for three hours and will be discarded after 4hour service. Operator stated hard boiled eggs have been out of temperature for 30 minutes and were placed back into cold holding unit. Operator unable to provide time control plan. Provided operator with DBPR - time as a public health control form.
