Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. There is standing water in the bottom of the two doir make table cooler.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. There is stainless steel polish stored with clean utensils. Operator moved the stainless steel polish to proper storage.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. There is a unlabeled chemical spray bottle under the hand washing sink by-the triple sink. Operator labeled the spray bottle.
Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. There is standing water in the bottom of the make table cooler.
