Observed dishwasher moved to the left of the three compartment sink with drain board where clean and sanitized dishes are removed from machine hanging over half of the mop sink to the left of the dishmachine. A slice in the side of the utility sink style mop sink was made to allow drain board to fully extend. The handwash sink was moved to the opposite side of the wall where dishmachine was initially listed on approved plan. Discussed inspection with Supervisor Meakins, DDM Jean, and Plan Review Manager Ivers. Discussed in depth requirement to submit plan review remodel application with operator and changes that are needed.
