Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Make bar- cold slaw 50F, diced tomato 48F, sliced tomato 51F ( 3:00-5:15 ). Gauge was bumped. Manager corrected gage and temperatures started to drop. Slaw 46F.

Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Hole in ceiling above dry storage shelf.
