Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed tuna thawed with ROP packaging with no opening, but directions to remove before thawing.
Food stored on floor. Observed pineapples stored on floor in walk in cooler.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed utensils in 72F/80F water.
Insect control device installed over food preparation area. Observed bug zapper above open top deep freezer.
