Employee used the bathroom and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands upon returning to employee area. Employee left employee bathroom, rinsed her right hands in handwash sink at kitchen, then returned to front food service and handled containers at salad cooler. Discussed with operator about handwash in bathroom and required another proper handwash in kitchen before returning to work with food and handled clean food equipment. Operator coached employee, employee washed hands properly at time of inspection.
