Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed milk stored at 51F - Cold Holding. Milk was located in 3 compartment sink. As per person in charge milk had only been out for about 30 mins. Person in charge moved to reach in cooler.
