Lobster, Salmon, scallops, chicken in cooler 50f to 58f door was not closed all the way, temp of cooler 60° pan of food in cooler prevented door closure. Operator moved to walk-in-cooler for immediate temperature recovery. Foods were placed in cooler at 8am per operator 2nd temp scallops 42f, salmon 46f, lobster 47f, chicken 45f, temp of cooler is reading 44f.
