Per operator, sliced cheddar cheese pulled from walk in cooler less than 30 minutes ago. Operator moved cheddar cheese back to walk in cooler to quick chill. Foods not prepared or portioned today.

Food stored on floor. Main kitchen cook line at hand washing sink- observed containers of oil being stored on the floor.
