Emailed to operator Manual Dishwashing Procedure DBPR Form HR 5025-910 and reviewed set up of triple sink with operator. Operator set up triple sink and washed rinsed sanitized items.

Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee touched cooked noodles with barehands to portion. Reviewed with employee. Employee then washed hands and put gloves on.
