No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Operator stated they had just ran out of the sanitizer they use and had ordered more from Amazon. I spoke to her about needing to get some to use until shipment comes in. Looked up photos with her so she could go and buy it. She went to Publix and bought food safe bleach.
