Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Pan of grouper thawed in reach in cooler with instructions to remove from packaging on box prior to thawing.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Items stored in hand wash sink, items were removed.
Mobile food dispensing vehicle disposing liquid waste improperly. At time of inspection, establishment is utilizing shared grey tank at location. Not approved commissary per district management.
